Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of PodBridge Europe, a platform that helps podcast hosts and guests find each other. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm you may act for it.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
3. Acceptable use
Be respectful. Do not create fake profiles, impersonate others, harass, threaten, send spam or unsolicited advertising, share illegal or hateful content, or try to break or misuse the service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to store and show it on PodBridge Europe so the service can work. Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
5. Interviews and agreements
PodBridge Europe helps you connect. Any interview, recording or collaboration is an agreement between you and the other user. We are not a party to it and do not guarantee bookings, audience or results.
6. Reports and moderation
Use "Report profile" to tell us about fake or abusive accounts. We may review reports and remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Membership and prices
Membership costs US$10 per month for both hosts and guests. Prices are shown in US dollars; VAT or sales tax that applies in your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The first 100 members to sign up are founding members: they get their first 3 months free with no card needed, and keep the founding price of US$10 per month for life, even if they cancel and later return. After any free period ends, an active paid membership is needed to send messages and interview requests.
8. Billing and cancellation
Paid memberships renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Membership page; you keep access until the end of the month already paid, and we do not charge you again. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, which may appear on your statement. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any EU right of withdrawal, are not affected.
9. Referral program
Each member gets a personal invite link. When someone creates a new account through your link, you receive one extra free month of membership, up to 12 free months in total. If you already have a paid membership, your next monthly charge is skipped instead. Free months are added to your membership and cannot be exchanged for cash. Creating fake or duplicate accounts to earn free months is not allowed and may lead to those months being removed.
10. Paid guest spots
Hosts may set an optional price for a guest spot, between US$5 and US$1,000. Guests pay this price through the site, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. PodBridge Europe keeps a 10% platform fee and pays the remaining 90% to the host. The interview itself is an agreement between host and guest; refund requests for a guest spot that did not take place can be sent to info@podbridgeeurope.com and are reviewed case by case.
11. Liability
We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it available and safe. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what users say or do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in My profile. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
13. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
